White Sage + Flowers Smudge Bundle

...before you start, take a few minutes to center yourself and clear your mind.  The aim is to cleanse negative energy and open the way to healing, positive energy.

Open the windows or door slightly so the negative energy can escape.

Light the smudge stick - let it flame and then gently blow the flame out.  The smudge stick will continue to smolder and smoke.  Walk clockwise around the perimeter of each room to be cleansed.  Invite the smoke to enter all the hidden corners and shadows. Gently use your hand or a feather to waft the smoke higher.

To finish, extinguish the smudge in sand or a bowl and offer a blessing of gratitude for bringing the gift of healing to your space.
