ORGANIC PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL    Origin: Hungary Method: Steam distillation Aroma: Fresh/minty/peppery Extracted from: whole plant   Aromatic benefits: Energising - Peppermint boosts energy and alleviates nervous tension and stress. It is also used during a common cold and for muscle pain relief, menstrual cramp relief and itch relief.    How to use it: - Energising: Burn 4-5 drops of the oil with a layer of water in an oil burner, and place the oil burner on the nearest table to you so you can inhale oils. - Common cold: Add one drop to a teaspoon of carrier oil and rub onto your chest and under your nose to open your sinuses. Add 4 drops into a DIY hot facial steam bath.
